Well, everyone has his own merits, so do I. But I think that no one could be a perfect person without any demerits. Each man has his merits and demerits. And there’s no exception to me.

When I was young, I was definitely a spoiled and pampered child. I got angry easily when I wasn't entirely satisfied about something that happened around me. However, as I grew up with time I understood gradually that I shouldn't be so willful to my family and friends. Once I did so, I may inadvertently hurt someone's feelings. Therefore, I started to try to change my personality, and have more patience for everything.

After I entered senior high school, I became much more patient and kindly. I try hard not to get angry so easily when I was impatient with someone or something. And now it's really much better than ever.

Above all, I still make mistakes sometimes, but I keep reminding myself not to be that kind of person, because I dislike myself to be an irascible and impatient person. I think that we have to learn from mistakes and try not to recommit the same error. However, I do believe that we could be better when we try to get rid of bad habits or behavior.Adam Tervorthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13122565372629572922noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4968887765922482266.post-74892827620675907582008-10-31T16:26:00.000-07:002008-10-31T16:26:00.000-07:00Ann, Great job. In Taiwan, most of people work five days a week, and they usually work Monday to Friday. As so, it seems that Saturday or Sunday will be one of everyone's favorite days of the week. But to me, my favorite day of the week is Friday, and it will always be happy Friday.
Friday is so wonderful because after it will be weekend. In a week I always look forward to the coming of Friday. I'm usually sparky and get more energy every Friday.

Browsing the website 'Free rice.com' to learn English and help people all over the world
Recently, one of my friends told me that there's a good website to help end hunger. Also, through browsing the website we can learn lots of new vocabulary. On 'freerice.com' there are many English vocabulary questions, and people have to choose one correct answer from 4 choices. As long as you get the right answer, 'freerice.com' will donate 20 grains of rice through the UN World Food Program to help end hunger.
Over and above this, learning new vocabulary also has enormous benefits. As we learn, we can improve our writing skills and understand what we read more effectively.
Now, let's start an introduction about 'freerice.com'.
FreeRice has two goals:
1. Provide education to everyone for free.
2. Help end world hunger by providing rice to hungry people for free.
As we know, there are a lot of people around world who need help. And I believe that everyone would love to give help to those in need. However, we have several methods to use. For example, we can donate money or offer our strength to them. Anyways, not everyone who wants to help disadvantaged minorities has enough money. But I believe they do have powerful strength only if they try their best.
Through browsing 'freerice.com', we don't need to spend even one dollar to help people. I do believe that 'one would be only too glad to do it!' because we not only help people without spending money but learn more from 'freerice.com'. So, why don't we get started right now? Come on! Just boot up your computer and access the internet at 'freerice.com'.
Enjoy the pleasure of helping people. :)Adam Tervorthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13122565372629572922noreply@blogger.com
